Tekno, Nigeria singer finally breaks silent about why he stay away from the music industry

Augustine Miles Kelechi, better known by his stage name Alhaji Tekno, a well-known Nigerian singer and songwriter, recently went public with the explanation for his absence from the music industry.

The brilliant singer claimed that his fans have been telling him they miss him and that he misses them too in a post uploaded on his official Instagram Page today, Sunday, May 21, 2023. He added that he had been away from the music scene because he needed some tranquility.

“My fans say they miss me, I know, I miss you too but we all need that peace of mind”, Alhaji Tekno wrote and it stirred massive reactions from fans, viewers and followers with many taking to the comment section to react.

Tekno Miles, who is regarded as one of the best Afrobeat singers ever, gained notoriety a few years ago and has since been able to establish himself as one of the continent of Africa’s most in-demand entertainers.

His many hit songs include, among others: Duro, Wash, Enjoy, Go, Where, Yawa, Diana, Pana, Panya, Choko, Uptempo, and Jogodo. Although he has been gone for a time, Alhaji Tekno has done incredibly well for himself and his brand over the past few years.
