Odunlade Adekola, a well-known actor and director, celebrated his mother Felicia Akoke Adekola’s 70th birthday in grand style. She was spotted crying with happiness as she praised God for her new age as the celebration got underway at the church.
Then a sizable party was planned for her birthday in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Over 100 Nollywood celebrities attended the event. The star-studded event saw the likes of Woli Agba, Allwell Ademola, Opeyemi Aiyeola, Mercy Aigbe and her husband, Kazim Adeoti, Femi Adebayo, Bukola Olatunji, Eniola Ajao, Ronke Odusanya, Nike Hamzat, Mr. Latin, Yinka Quadri, Kemmy Korede, Dele Odule, Damilola Oni, Olaiya Igwe, Iya Rainbow, and many others.
Dr Smile Comedian and Bash D Cash served as the event’s hosts, and at one point, Woli Agba appeared on stage to excite the crowd.
Odun was thrilled to formally introduce Femi Adebayo as he arrived at the event in style. Veteran actors like M.r. Latin, Yinka Quadri, Iya Rainbow, and Olaiya Igwe were among those he greeted.
Then Femi went to welcome Odun’s parents before joining Woli Agba on stage and captivating the audience with their beautiful dance moves.
Boye Best, a singer, also put up a fantastic live performance. With Odun’s mother, Iya Rainbow and numerous others performed dances while dousing her with cash.
Celebrities catching up on old times and enjoying delectable fare was a fantastic experience.
