The drama that staged itself between the General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministries, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere and the Happie Boys has being trending online after the cleric was initially accused of abandoning the Happie Boys in Cyprus.
To this effect, Apostle Chibuzor shared photos of International passports and flight tickets he made available for the Happie Boys to return to Nigeria and continue their education here. The cleric also noted that he has forgiven them as “Father will always forgive and show love to his children”.
Reacting to this in a viral video shared on the verified Facebook handle of Rev. Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, the Happie Boys replied the OPM General Overseer that he should stay on his lane. They also appreciated the man of God for his efforts.
Here are their exact words from the video: “That man try. E no easy to carry person from Nigeria to Cyrus. God go bless am. We saw the news about our flight ticket and we are not aware. We are not coming back to Nigeria. Why should we come back to Nigeria? Abeg, dey your day and leave us alone. Use the ticket money to carry other people. Don’t say we didn’t tell you”.
Many people who reacted to this video expressed how dissatisfied they were. While some also blamed the cleric.
