The much-debated concert featuring Grammy Award-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has been
officially called off. News of the cancellation followed the earlier announcement that the concert had
been rescheduled from its original date of September 23 to December 16, citing weak ticket sales as the
reason.
This decision not only disappointed eager fans but also stirred quite a buzz on social media, with Burna
Boy’s name dominating trending topics.
Regrettably, due to insufficient ticket sales, the highly acclaimed artist’s performance has been canceled
entirely, as confirmed in a tweet by the well-known entertainment blogger Phil Mphela. The tweet
revealed that TicketPro had ceased all ticket sales for the event.
The cancellation comes as a disappointment to many fans who were looking forward to the event, but it
