Popular American comedian, Ellen Lee DeGeneres, has revealed that she has tested positive for the dreaded COVID-19 disease.
The popular chat show host made the revelation during a tweet via her Twitter account on Thursday.
She, however, stated that she’s alright adding that people who are in touch together with her are all isolating consistent with the CDC guidelines.
“Hi everyone, I would like to allow you to all know that I tested positive for COVID-19.
“Fortunately, I’m feeling fine immediately. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and that I am following all proper CDC guidelines.
“I’ll see you all again after the vacation. Please stay healthy and safe,” she said.
