A two-year-old boy who was allegedly being maltreated and starved by his father and step mum has been rescued in Delta State, IgbereTV reports.
The child’s plight was delivered to social media by a Facebook user, Kwin Oge. She shared photos of the kid on her page with the caption;

”Mr kwin Oge wall

This is Zino. A 2-year-old child whom the biological mother dropped together with his biological father and stepmother at No 113 Okumagba Avenue, Ojabugbe junction off Deco Road, Warri, Delta State. Since then the daddy and stepmother are giving this child all kinds of maltreatment and starvation. Please I turn the Delta government and everyone right activist to return to the help of this child because the father and stepmother have refused neighbors from feeding the boy even once they have refused to offer him food. They lock him up within the darkroom and beat him up when he receives help from neighbors. Neighbors now are afraid to assist so that they don’t find themselves killing him.
